George R. Hobbs Jr. is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and the founding pastor of New Disciple Fellowship, where his mission is to preach the uncompromised truth of God's Word and make faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. A 24-year U.S. Army veteran, Pastor Hobbs served with distinction across seven combat deployments and was awarded three Bronze Star Medals for meritorious service and leadership.
After retiring from military service, Pastor Hobbs earned a Business Degree from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Regent University to equip himself for ministry and theological leadership further. His life experience, both on the battlefield and in the classroom fuels his passion for spiritual warfare, biblical truth, and Christ-centered discipleship.
Pastor Hobbs is blessed to share life and ministry with his wife, Anikó, a dedicated Registered Nurse. George has five children and is a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren, all of whom inspire their continued commitment to faith, family, and the future of the Church.
